G2E Asia 2017 Notice to Exhibitiors

Notice to Exhibitors.

Dear Exhibitor,

We are looking forward to host you at the upcoming G2E Asia 2017.

To assure that you will be making the most out of this year’s exhibition we would like to remind you of the importance to comply with local laws and regulations. In particular, please note that if you are going to exhibit electronic gaming machines (EGMs), you MUST obtain approval from the Macau gaming regulator (DICJ) before shipping your EGMs to Macau.

In order to do so, please fill in the attached form and submit it to us no later than 7 April 2017. You may submit your form via email to Maple Chen at maple.chen@reedexpo.com.cn, and we will, in turn, submit to DICJ.

In case your application is successful, DICJ will issue you an approval letter identifying the specific EGMs that you are authorized to exhibit at G2E Asia. If after receiving an approval you would like change your list of pre-approved EGMs a new approval is required, for which you must make an additional submission.

It is important that you keep a copy of such approvals at your booth to facilitate DICJ’s customary pre-show inspection. This year’s inspection will take place on May 16 starting at 9:00am. Please make sure that a key contact person is present during the inspection, and inform us of the name and onsite number of such key contact. If you have any queries, please feel free to reach out to our external legal counsels, MdME at g2e@mdme.com.mo. An MdME attorney will be present at the pre-show inspection and available onsite throughout the exhibition in case you need any assistance.

Please note that the display of EGMs that have not been authorized to be imported to Macau by DICJ will prevent you from exhibiting such EGMs during G2E Asia and may subject you to sanctions under applicable law.

For more information regarding EGM regulations, please visit DICJ’s website:

Yours truly,
